North East singer songwriter Sophia has spent the last year engaging with her growing audience whilst continually writing new material whilst finding and perfecting her sound as an artist. She has gained continued support from BBC Introducing in the North East along with other local radio plays, which she is forever grateful for.
Sophia’s first few releases really gave her the chance to experiment and build herself a solid foundation in the industry. She dipped her toe into the water of the music scene whilst slowly but surely getting her name out there, but she knows she has so much left to give.
Over the last year, she has discovered the path and more specifically the unique sound she would like to embody with her original music going forward. She really hopes her loyal audience that she has gained so far can come on this exciting journey with her, hopefully picking up some new supporters along the way.
Over lockdown she had lots of time at home to write and perfect her craft, trying really hard to create material she loves from her own experiences in life. Recently she has enjoyed connecting with some other great creatives!
